Kitchen Renovation Questions
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
A typical full kitchen — demo to done — runs about three weeks on site. Layout changes involving walls or relocated plumbing can add a week or two.
Do I need a permit to renovate my kitchen?
Not for finishes alone. Moving walls, altering plumbing stacks, or changing structural elements does need a permit — we identify that in the quote and handle it.
Can you supply cabinets and counters, or do we buy our own?
Either works. Most clients use our cabinet and quartz suppliers for better pricing, but we are happy to install what you have chosen elsewhere.
Can we live at home during the renovation?
Yes — we contain the work area, protect floors, and keep water and power running outside working hours. Expect a temporary kitchen setup for the duration.
